This pot is made from stoneware, an extremely durable form of ceramic that is fired to thousand-degree temperatures. Stoneware pots are less absorbent than traditional earthenware pots, but much more durable and resistant to temperature changes. This pot has a large drainage hole and an unglazed interior to help prevent moisture buildup.
