Returns and Exchanges

If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, I am here to assist you! Please just keep in mind that I am a single-person business making one-off items, so refunds/returns are extremely hard on my business.
While extra care has been put into packing and insuring these goods, each item is truly one-of-a-kind, and thus cannot be replaced if damaged. Please open and inspect your package carefully upon arrival.
If your order has arrived damaged: Contact me through the website or by emailing gold.dust.art.co@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date to submit a refund request. Make sure to include proof of purchase, photos of the box/packaging and merchandise, carrier name and tracking number, along with a description of the damage so that I can forward an insurance claim to the carrier and reimburse you.
If you are not happy with your purchase: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, either through the website or by emailing gold.dust.art.co@gmail.com. Please include proof of purchase and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once the item has been received in its original condition I will reach out to you and a refund will be processed.
